Supporting structure in Hygienic Design, with 4 feet

Designed so that cleaning and disinfection may be

effectively carried out with savings in time, energy

and detergents as well as maximised production time.

Compared to conventional base/plinth constructions the

supporting structure has an open design and is well

visible.



Design

Consisting of vertically and horizontally aligned

circular tubes that are welded together hygienically.

Welded brackets for connecting to enclosures.

The ends of all circular tubes are safely sealed by

welded seams or seals in order to avoid dead spaces.

Front horizontal tube is placed by 1/3 of construction

depth towards the rear.

This ensures optimum access for cleaning purposes.



Cable routing

Via horizontally welded mesh tray that covers 2/3 of

rear construction depth. This creates free space for

cable entry in contrast to normally U-shaped designed

tray cable channels.



Mounting

Via levelling feet embedded in vertical tubes without

external threads.  Levelling distance 0-55 mm.

Self-aligning of slanted floor is possible up to 10.

For bayed combinations a sufficient access between the

vertical tubes of adjacent supporting structures is

ensured to make an optimum cleaning possible.



Material

Stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L)



Surface finish

All-round solid construction, thus preventive

avoidance of a hygiene risk. Tray for

cable routing, vertical and horizontal tubes glass

bead blasted, surfaces finished grained to RA

< 0.8 m, levelling feet, surfaces finished grained

to RA < 1.6 m.
