Press line

This section demands a great deal of power, high protection categories, and effective cooling for the enclosure suites and machines. The TS 8 Top enclosure system: bayable on all sides, maximum reliability, perfect integration of power distribution and climate control components. Control rooms based on console systems and Command Panels suspended on support arm systems form the interface between Human and machine.

B	Body assembly
Robot control is achieved using PC enclosures and/or individual control enclosures, as well as bus enclosures. Particularly cost-effective: A central recooling system provides cooling for both the enclosures and the robots.

C	Conveyor systems
Suspension monorails, conveyor belts and skid conveyor systems - the individual steps are combined to form a process chain. Precise, stable operations ensure complex control. Bayed TS 8 enclosure suites with climate control and access protection provide the core.

D	Spraying plant
A great deal of power, a high protection category and effective cooling - the TS 8 Top enclosure system meets all these requirements, and is complemented by a ready-prepared assembly interface to TopTherm climate control units. With their microprocessor control, they meet all the requirements of reliable, centrally monitored and economical climate control.

E	Foundry
The conditions are extreme: contaminated, dust-laden air and high ambient temperatures. Here, too, Rittal offers standard solutions for enclosures, housings and cooling. Air/water heat exchangers in combination with recooling systems ensure effective heat dissipation from the enclosures.

F	Engine production
With functionally autonomous machining centres, the enclosure and cooling technology (recooling system) is often integrated into the machine housing. The control electronics are cooled via air/water heat exchangers.

G	Assembly
Human operator and robot in perfect unison. PC enclosures protect the valuable data and serve as input and monitoring interfaces. The systems are centrally coordinated by a controller housed in bayed enclosure suites. Industrial Workstations with Command Panels are ideal for controlling smaller plant and manual assembly stations.

H	Final inspection
Stainless steel enclosures are used at the fuelling station and car wash. A final check. The buffer stores and transport logistics are controlled via terminals.
