A superb climate at all times
Whether you opt for active or passive climate control, our climate solutions are devised and manufactured for reliable operation in enclosures. Precise, computer-assisted flow models (CFD – computational fluid dynamics) provide the basis for fault-free operation, even at the planning stage. Hot spots are localised using an infrared camera (thermography) and can be minimised by means of targeted climate control measures.

Everything under control
The Rittal CMC-TC brings all the relevant threads together. The functions, parameters and statuses of all enclosures and climate control systems are monitored and controlled from a central monitoring station, and remote servicing is even available for global monitoring:
  • Temperature measurement
  • Humidity
  • Voltage monitoring
  • Door monitoring
  • Failure/malfunction in the enclosure climate control unit
  • Ingress of water

  • On the test bench:
    Pressure
    In a railway tunnel, absolute pressure differences of up to 20 kPa may occur. This places a demanding challenge on planning and computer simulation to ensure that everything runs smoothly once the tunnel is operational.
    Vibration, Corrosion
    Our accredited test laboratory not only conducts vibration and pressure measurements, but also ensures that stone chips, dust, salt, abrasion and exhaust gas fumes do not cause damage as a result of corrosion. Our entire tunnel technology expertise comes into play here.
    EMC
    Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) plays a crucial role in today’s highly complex applications. Whether for power supply, communication or safety equipment, all protection is adequately dimensioned and tested at our EMC laboratory.
