The user interface of a Perforex machining centre is an intuitive workshop programming system which supports remote maintenance.

The software is networkable, uses a central database, and may be used on an unlimited number of different PCs within the company.

This means that all programmed jobs are immediately available on the machine and can be reused.

Alternatively, almost any standard CAD and E-planning system can be used for programming.

Pneumatic clamping device

Easy clamping of cases and enclosure panels such as doors, side panels and mounting plates, using clamping fingers and membrane clamps.

Perforex Performance Package

Performance package consisting of brush strips and special milling cutters for fast, low-vibration, noise-optimised milling. The use of brush strips in conjunction with the patented plate and optimised milling cutter achieves significant attenuation effects.

Motorised
depth adjuster

• The motorised depth adjuster for enclosures allows a Perforex machine to be operated comfortably from the front. Although it is still possible to enter the space at the rear, this is not necessary.
• Variably adjustable rear end stops and clamping modules support multiple-point clamping even with very different box dimensions, which prevents the workpiece from tilting.
• Optional motorised depth adjustment, also available in a 2000 mm version.

Patented plate and
high-performance spindle

The patented plate reduces vibrations in the material, which in turn extends the service life of the tools.

• Powerful 7.5 kW spindle drive with 18,000 rpm
• For drilling, thread-tapping, thread-forming, circular thread milling and engraving, and milling cut-outs in all contours
• Optionally as an air-permeable spindle
• Automatic lubrication of all transmission elements: Racks and pinions are automatically lubricated for minimal maintenance

Automated tool testing
and changing

• Fixed tool magazine on the left-hand side with 18 magazine slots for the machines
• Automatic tool changing
• Optional setting as individual machining or block machining (multiple workpieces in a single work operation with optimised tool changing response)
• The speed, feed rate, upstream tools and lubrication interval are preset for various materials for each tool, and need no longer be considered during programming
• Magazine population is freely configurable
• Standard equipment 10 pcs. SK30 tool holders populated with drill bit, thread-tapper and milling cutter
• It goes without saying that the tools are checked after each operation

Two-door

For machining e.g. large, fully welded enclosures, the two-door BC 1008 HS may be opened completely to enable the machining of enclosures with dimensions of up to WxHxD 1,600 x 2,300 x 1,600 mm.
