Prof. Dr.-Ing. E. h. Friedhelm Loh is the owner and Chairman of the Friedhelm Loh Group and CEO of Rittal Hardware and Rittal Software Systems. In 1974, he took over as Chairman of the Management Board at Rittal, the largest company in the Friedhelm Loh Group. Prof. Loh is Honorary President of the German Electro and Digital Industry Association (ZVEI) and a member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Messe AG Hannover. He has received numerous awards, including an honorary professorship from the State of Hesse, an honorary doctorate from Chemnitz University of Technology, the Diesel Medal and the Federal Cross of Merit.
Mario De Marco

Born in Siegen in 1965. He holds an MBA from the Technical University of Central Hesse (Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen).
From 1993 to 2007, he worked in Export and Sales at Rittal. Subsequently held management positions in other medium-sized companies. Since 2017, he has been back at Rittal in leading positions with responsibility for sales and subsidiaries – most recently as Executive Vice President International Market Management.
Since 2025, responsible for international sales as CSO on the Rittal Board of Management.
Philipp Guth
Chief Technology Officer
Born in 1977 in Bonn. Studied mechanical engineering at the University of Stuttgart.
In the past 10 years, Guth has held top management positions at Bosch Rexroth AG and Wittenstein AG, most recently as Project Manager Digitalization in the Central Division of Bosch Rexroth and CEO of the Automation & Electrification Solutions Business Unit until 2021.
Since October 2022 Managing Director at Rittal with responsibility for Research & Development.
Uwe Scharf
Managing Director Sales Germany and Europe
Born in 1964 in Wetzlar. Studies in electrical engineering at the FH Gießen-Friedberg.
From 1988 to 2001, various management positions in product management and marketing in the industrial and IT sectors, most recently as Head of Product Management Automation Systems at ABB Automation Products.
Since 2001, various management positions in strategic marketing and product management at Rittal. From 2017, development of the Global Business Unit Industry as business unit manager.
2019 to 2023 responsibility for the business units as Managing Director.
2023 Lead of Rittal Sales Germany as Managing Director.
