IT rack, installation height 24 U, glazed door at the front, One-piece
closed sheet steel door at the rear. Article number 7888.808
Frame structure:
IT rack, consisting of a torsion-resistant, welded,
symmetrical frame made of rolled and 16-folded
vertical profiles, connected to a horizontal frame below and
horizontal cross profiles, with screwed roof plate at the top.
All frame profiles, with integrated system perforation in a 25 mm hole
grid, enable convenient interior design by simply hanging and securing
the installation components. All profile edges are rounded. The vertical
frame profiles each have two in depth and width staggered mounting
levels, which can be individually adjusted for flexible fastening of the
components. The baying of the cabinets is possible at the front, back
and side. Load capacity: up to 500 kg.
Floor:
Equipped with a 100mm high ventilated plinth.
The side panels of the plinth are pre-assembled to the bottom of the
frame, while the ventilated sections, along with other accessories, are
located inside. The accessories are attached loosely to the rear rail.
Front and back door:
Transparent door at the front, with 3 mm toughened safety glass.
Steel sheet door at the rear, one-piece, closed.
Front and rear doors each double hinged, with designer handle and
2-point bar lock, Safety lock 3524 E, replaceable with AX comfort handle
Optional integration of a semi-cylinder. Swapping door hinge side
possible, door opening angle 135° when installed individually, 105° in
array. Door hinges with captive hinge pins.
Roof sheet:
Sheet steel roof, one-piece, closed, screwed, prepared for cable routing
on the side, prepared in the middle for fan installation with up to 6
fan units. Roof plate can be rotated for cable routing at the front and
rear. To support passive ventilation
the roof sheet can optionally be raised using spacers.
Mounting levels:
Cabinet pre-assembled with two 482.6 mm (19") mounting levels, front and
rear. The total static load capacity of both assembly levels is 500 kg.
Mounting levels consisting of universal profile rails, front and rear,
variable in width and depth, in 15 mm dimensions, on depth struts at the
top and bottom in the cabinet frame, screwed.
The 19" mounting levels can be positioned both symmetrical and
asymmetrical with lateral offset, positioned in the housing.
Profile rails at the front and back, included additional hole pattern
according to standard EIA 310 E. All height units
marked on the profile rails and numbered bidirectionally.
Unit marking on both mounting levels for simplified assembly of the
installation components can be read from the front outside and the back
inside.
Profile rails at the front prepared for tool-free mounting of
cable management aids for organizing structured cabling within
highest packing density. Profile rails at the rear prepared to
accommodate a Power Distribution Unit (PDU) on both sides
with the 1U form factor, without consumption of installation volume due
to the special space-saving lateral installation between the mounting
level and the side wall within Zero U Space.
