Chad Cassinelli
Vice President, Human Resources
Born and raised in Chicago, Chad was an Operations Manager for ten years before pivoting into Human Resources. He received both his bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and his MBA from Concordia University Chicago.
He joined Rittal in 2019 focusing on building out the HR function and global initiatives for Rittal North America and ePLAN Software delivering on HR and Operational excellence for the US.
Prior to Rittal, Chad had developed his HR career in the Manufacturing, Software, and Energy Services industries both globally and domestically as a dedicated Business Partner and Change Management leader.
Since 2019, Chad has helped lead the significant national growth and development of Rittal US and EPLAN into what they are today.
Alex Kraus, PHR
HR Business Partner
Born in Canada, Alex received a bachelor’s in Marketing and Human Resources from Northern Illinois University.
He joined Rittal in 2019 focusing on National recruitment for ePLAN Software and Services, LLC and Rittal North America where the emphasis was on increasing recruitment efficiency and boosting employer branding.
Prior to Rittal, he worked in multiple industries ranging from food retail, eCommerce, and nationwide Hazardous Waste removal & Oil re-refining.
In 2020, Alex responsibilities grew to provide complete Human Resource services as HR Generalist and Compensation Analyst.
Krista Beatty
Senior HR Generalist
Born and raised in Urbana, OH, Krista has been in the HR field for over 20-years and has brought an abundance of knowledge and skill to Rittal.
She joined Rittal in 2006 focusing on growing in her career of staffing, recruitment, and document management. She has excelled in policy/document control and data management.
Prior to Rittal she worked in the staffing field for CBS Personnel Services and was an on-site Manager at Rittal. She was offered a position to come on full-time as the HR Generalist due to her knowledge of the Urbana area and experience in the staffing field.
In 2020, Krista’s role has enhanced in providing support for the relaunch of the new organization structure, her accuracy and knowledge is used in making important decisions.
Katharine “Katie” McCrea
Benefits Manager
Born and raised in Springfield, OH, Katie has an Associate of Applied Business in Human Resource Management. She has been in benefits since 1998, where she has gained a wealth of knowledge.
She joined Rittal in 2018 as the Benefits Specialist where she excelled in implementing the enrollment system and assisted in the merge of bringing on Eplan benefits under the Rittal benefit plan. She was promoted to Benefits Manager in 2019 due to her large contribution and dedication to redeveloping the Benefits department.
She started her benefits career at Anthem BC/BS and worked her way through various other facets of benefits until she came to Rittal.
In 2021, Katie’s main focus is to improve the benefits plan and employee wellness.
Katie McKee
HR Specialist
Born and raised in Urbana, OH, Katie has been in recruiting for over 10-years. Her passion for helping people and finding candidates employment has been a key factor in her success at Rittal.
She joined Rittal in 2020 focusing on improving the recruitment and retention at Rittal.
Prior to Rittal she worked in the recruiting field finding candidates to fill temporary and permanent positions.
In 2021, Katie led a successful recruitment job fair in Urbana where she reintroduced “Rittal” to the community. She is focused on reinventing the way people see Rittal when they seek employment.
JP Fellenberg
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Born in Canada and from Chilean descendants, Juan Pablo (JP) Fellenberg received a bachelor’s in Marketing Management from Dominguez Hills University. He joined Rittal as a national Sr. Corporate Recruiter in 2020 focusing on recruitment for EPLAN and Rittal North America with an emphasis on executive recruitment, streamlining recruitment processes and effectiveness.
Prior to Rittal JP has been a Corporate, Technical, University, and Agency Recruiter for over 10 years for multiple industries and for all levels ranging from entry to C-level. Since joining in 2021, JP focuses on Corporate Talent acquisition and further development of recruiting and Hiring practices.
Karen Eckenrode
Payroll Specialist
Karen was born in Callery, PA and moved to Springfield Ohio early in her life. She has spent the majority of her life in Ohio and earned her Associates degree from Clark State Community College in accounting. In 2006, when she joined Rittal she started in assembly and quickly moved into a quality technician role. Through hard work she became a quality engineer to broaden her knowledge and skill set.
Before Rittal she worked in automotive as quality and assembly worker for a subsidiary for Honda. She built canisters for emissions and ran a press that made the back panels for seats.
After years with Rittal, she moved through the facility taking on new roles and now is part of the HR team as the payroll specialist. She moved to this role full time December 4 2020 and focuses on accuracy and efficiency of payroll and ensuring that the employees get paid on time.
Emily Miller
Campus Recruiter
Born and raised in Northwest Ohio, Emily received her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Business Management from Wright State University.
Since graduating with her degree in 2014, she has worked in Human Resources specializing in recruitment for both the healthcare and construction industries throughout Alabama and Oklahoma.
Emily joined Rittal in 2021 with a focus in brand awareness and recruitment.
