Schaumburg, IL, July 22, 2021 — Rittal North America, LLC, the world's largest manufacturer of industrial enclosures and accessories, today announced that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Emily Petropoulos, Channel Marketing Leader, to the highly respected Women of the Channel list for 2021. This annual list recognizes the unique strengths, vision and achievements of female leaders in the IT channel. The 2021 Women of the Channel list acknowledges women from all over the IT channel, including vendors, distributors and solution providers.
The women honored on this year’s list pushed forward with comprehensive business plans, marketing initiatives and other innovative ideas to support their partners and customers, helping them through the uncertainty brought on by the global COVID-19 pandemic. CRN celebrates these exceptional women for their leadership, dedication and channel advocacy.
Emily is the Channel Marketing Leader for Rittal and directs all Channel Marketing initiatives while supporting business growth with their Partners. She has spent the last seven years putting her channel skills to work within the Electrical Manufacturing industry. In 2020, she was able to grown Rittal’s social media presence by 110% over the course of eight months. She also restructured the Marketing Development Fund program that has been implemented into Rittal’s new Channel strategy. This new structure encourages more of our Partners to utilize their budgets in a way that supports both brand and revenue growth.
“CRN’s 2021 Women of the Channel list acknowledges accomplished, influential women whose dedication, hard work, and leadership accelerate channel growth,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. “We are proud to honor them for their many accomplishments and look forward to their continued contributions to the IT channel.”
“Through her dedication and determination, Emily has strengthened the relationships we have with our channel partners and has encouraged them to participate at a higher level,” said Jim Barth, National Channel Manager. “One of Rittal’s biggest goals towards our channel partners is getting them to invest in our automation machines so they can also serve as our modification partners. Through Emily’s efforts, we’ve been able to educate our partners on the value-added services a modification partner provides to the end-customer.”
The 2021 Women of the Channel list will be featured in CRN Magazine on May 10th and online at www.CRN.com/WOTC.
