The compact design of the PDU means that any IT rack can be quickly and easily fitted with a professional power distribution system.

Whether you need a compact, basic power distribution unit or are monitoring the entire energy requirements of your server rack, switching each slot individually or conducting in-depth consumption analyses, we have the right solution to meet your needs.

SIMPLE, FAST ASSEMBLY

  • Compact design
  • Tool-free clip attachment to the 482.6 mm (19") frame across the entire range of Rittal IT enclosures
  • For installation at any height in the zero-U-space or on the enclosure frame
  • Power-saving design with minimal inherent consumption
  • PDU controller module and overvoltage protection may be replaced even while operational

VERSATILE FUNCTIONS

  • The new PDU covers every application with 5 variants:
    Basic – Simple power distribution
    Metered – Measurement per phase
    MeteredPlus – Measurement per output slot
    Switched – Measurement per phase, switching function per output
    Managed – Measurement and switching per output
  • Key monitoring functions and extended measurement functions are integrated
  • Ambient monitoring and electric handle systems with up to 8 CMC III sensors e.g. for humidity, temperature and access alarm

PDU Conversion Tool

To make switching to the new Rittal PDU variants as easy as possible for you, our PDU conversion tool provides straightforward assistance.
The conversion tool is based on a model number search. Users simply enter existing model numbers – say, from a previous project – on the website and are shown the equivalent model numbers from the new Rittal PDU portfolio. The proposed conversion items are recommendations only. Please check whether or not the recommendation applies to your specific case. Your Rittal customer adviser will of course be happy to assist with any queries you may have. Your conversion tool operation ends when you download a wish list for subsequent processing or order directly from the online shop.
