Our service engineers carry all key spares with them, keeping your machine downtime to a minimum. Rittal customers also benefit from express shipment from our Distribution Centre in Haiger, with a 24-hour delivery promise (workdays only) for a wide range of spare parts.

Once your request has been processed, we will send you a case number and delivery address within regular office hours. Please ensure that this case number is clearly marked on all accompanying documentation to speed up the handling process. Within the warranty period, we will arrange free collection within Germany.
