DSGVO:
Seit 25. Mai 2018 dürfen laut DSGVO E-Mails mit einem Banner nur noch an Kunden versendet werden, bei denen einen Marketingeinwilligung vorliegt.
Da wir in unserem E-Mail-System nicht zwischen Kunden mit und ohne Marketingeinwilligung unterscheiden können, wurde für Rittal Deutschland entschieden, dass ab sofort keine E-Mails mit Banner versendet werden dürfen. Diese Vorgehensweise wird den europäischen Tochtergesellschaften ebenfalls empfohlen.

GDPR:
In accordance with the GDPR, which took full effect on 25th May 2018, it is only permissible to send e-mails with a banner to customers who have given their consent to receiving marketing information.
As our e-mail system is unable to distinguish between customers who have given consent and those who have not done so, Rittal Germany has decided – with immediate effect – that e-mails with banners must no longer be sent. We also recommend our European subsidiaries to take the same approach.
