Bayed enclosure with glazed front door, rear door
The symmetrical extruded frame construction of the
network enclosure consists of rolled 16-fold vertical
hollow sections with holes on a 25 mm DIN pitch
pattern. Integral system punching in the frame section
allows simple fitting and securing of equipment
according to the plug-and-play technique. All sections
have chamfered edges. The vertical frame sections have
two depth-recessed mounting levels each, that can
individually be used for flexible attachment of the
installation components or together as basis for a
double-walled population. The created interior space
can be used, for example, for insulation and climate
control purposes. The horizontal 9-fold sections are
provided with an additional protection lip above the
seal. Enclosures are bayable on all sides: on the
left, right, front and rear, at the top or round
corners. Glazed designer front door made from extruded
aluminium section and 3 mm single-pane safety glass
(ESG). Door opening angle with stand-alone siting 180°
at least. Including comfort handle with security lock
3524 E. Rear door of 2 mm sheet steel, with foamed-in
seal, with removable rectangular frame with holes on a
25 mm DIN pitch pattern, locking bar with 4-point
latching, comfort handle with security lock 3524 E.
Hinges with captive hinge pins. Door hinging may be
swapped from right to left without dismantling locking
rods, door opening angle 130°. Two punched sections
with mounting flanges, fitted in the inner mounting
level and both are secured by a single screw.
Removable roof plate, with foamed-in seal, and
screw-fastened by 4 assembly screws. 3-piece gland
plate including sliding plate for cable entry. The
separate plates can be fitted in any order. In
addition the individual modules can be exchanged for
already populated fan modules or modules with brush
strips for cable entry. All screw-fastened panels with
automatic potential equalisation and prepared for
attachment of earth straps.
