Meet the Canadian executive management team

Andre Bousette
Managing Director

André Bousette has been with Rittal Limited, Canada for 25 years. André joined Rittal in 1990 as an Outside Sales Representative in Montreal and surrounding area. In 1997, André became the Regional Sales Manager for Quebec. Building the team and developing long term and loyal customers are some of his many strengths. Rittal’s strong market position in Eastern Canada is a tribute to his vision, leadership, dedication and hard work. As National Sales Manager from 2004 to 2008, André was key in the development of many of Rittal’s largest and most important channel partners. In his most recent position as Regional Sales Director for Eastern Canada, he has achieved record sales growth while lending his considerable knowledge and expertise to the functional areas of TSG and Modification as well as Product management for Rittal’s industrial solutions; in particular power distribution and climate control. André has over 30 years’ of experience in the Manufacturing and Automation fields. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Concordia University and post-grad qualifications from McGill University.

Naomi Kubota
Assistant to President / Business Analyst

Born and raised in Western Canada, Naomi initially moved to Quebec to pursue a languages degree at Concordia University. Since coming to Ontario in the 1990s, she has worked as Assistant to executives in a variety of industries. She has been with Rittal since 2015, serving as Assistant to the Managing Director/President as well as holding the role of Business Analyst.

Ashley Peluso
Director of Sales, Eastern Canada

Ashley has over a decade of experience in Channel & Territory Sales Management at multi-national organizations in Canada and the USA. She obtained her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Montreal as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University. Her certifications include Master User of Salesforce, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Wilson Learning courses such as Negotiation and Sales Effectiveness.

Sean Northcott
Regional Sales Manager, Western Canada

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Sean started off in the distribution field and then moved over to manufacturing. At Rittal, Sean has been pivotal in growing the sales in British Columbia to record heights.
Sean has risen to Regional Sales Manager, Western Canada,  through his hard work and determination, focusing on industrial control, networking and applications for all sectors.

Vernon Mascarenhas
Regional Sales Manager, Central Canada

Vernon is an energetic and highly motivated sales professional, quickly moving up from Inside Sales Representative to Technical Sales Representative to Regional Sales Manager, Central Canada, Rittal Limited. Vernon has over 5 years of experience in both Industrial and IT sales in Ontario. He graduated with a Honours, Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Humber College.

Jonas Zelisko
Director of Operations

Jonas is responsible for the overall Operations as well as the Modification Centre at Rittal Canada. With a B.Eng in Mechatronics, Robotics and Automation Engineering from the University of Guelph, Jonas has extensive experience as a Plant & Operations Manager, Process & Design Engineer, at leading organizations in Canada. He enjoys utilising new manufacturing techniques and leading a team of dedicated employees through an exciting journey towards world-class manufacturing excellence, through constant measurement and digitization of the workplace.

 

Gord Bruce
Logistics Manager

With over 12 years’ experience at Rittal, Gord oversees the Procurement and Distribution Centre activities for Rittal in Canada. Gord is well versed in every aspect of Warehouse and Inventory Control.

Olivier Bousette
Business Development, Product Manager

With 25 years of experience, Olivier is responsible for IT Product Management and Marketing for Rittal Limited, specializing in business product development with a clear focus on Industrial 4.0 and IT Infrastructure. Along with a Degree in Communications & Marketing from Concordia University, and aligning industry certifications, Olivier is able to create a synergy to achieve business development growth, with a clear focus on the Canadian team’s goals.
