Pre-configured solution for the main low voltage distribution board (LVDB) of compact transformer stations with 1,250 A @ 400 V. An ideal starting point for fast and simple adaptation to your specific requirements.
The configuration is implemented on standard Rittal mounting plates and incorporates a Ri4Power 185 mm busbar system with busbars, circuit-breaker adaptors, NH fuse-switch disconnectors and busbar supports as the core components for power distribution. To enable digitalisation of the compact transformer station, measuring and control devices are installed in Rittal small and compact enclosures of the PK and AX series.
The LVDB concept reflects the latest state of the art of digital compact transformer stations and is provided as a complete Eplan project including documentation. Benefit from the pre-defined solution and accelerate your engineering.
With the Eplan Industry Sample as your Industry Standard Project, you save valuable time at the engineering stage!
Title: Low-voltage main distribution board
Ecosystem: Hydrogen
Area of application: Control cabinet for hydrogen production
Key facts: Control cabinet for the reliable operation of valves in various applications in the hydrogen industry, such as electrolysers, hydrogen refuelling stations, compressor stations, purification systems, fuel cells, and process automation in general.
The cabinet houses valve terminals and distributor solutions that ensure safe and reliable operation, even in potentially explosive (Ex) environments. The built-in remote I/O systems provide comprehensive digital connectivity that enables real-time monitoring and control for process valves. Thanks to special materials such as stainless steel and protective coatings, these cabinets are resistant to corrosion and provide protection from liquid and foreign bodies.
