Industrial Electrical Integrator Adopts RiLineX for 250 A Panel Project

This project, for a well-established industrial electrical solutions provider, required a system capable of safely and efficiently distributing power to multiple motor starters within a 250 A-rated panel. The build demanded a flexible platform that could be configured to meet precise project specifications while maintaining high safety and performance standards.
Founded in the late 1990s, the company specializes in switchboard manufacturing, electrical engineering, automation integration, and plant maintenance services. To meet the project’s requirements, the integrator selected Rittal’s RiLineX power distribution platform for the 250 A-rated panel configuration.
Rittal supplied components from the RiLineX 60 mm busbar system, including:
- 2 × 250 A feed-through modules for 702 mm cable
- 1 × top feed connection module (702 mm)
- 68 × 32 A-rated adapter modules with top cabling, designed to accommodate standard motor protection circuit breakers (MPCBs) and contactors
The Outcome
The RiLineX busbar platform was successfully integrated into the 250 A-rated panel, providing a streamlined configuration with the required feed-through, connection, and adapter modules. The result was a flexible, efficient, and scalable power distribution solution tailored to the project’s performance demands.
