- The oscillating conveyor pots and the separation of the ferrules are designed for the tolerance dimensions of the Rittal wire end ferrules according to DIN 46228-4:2019-02. If the wire end ferrules to be processed deviate from the tolerance dimensions defined therein, it may be necessary, on the one hand, to design/test new vibrofeeder pots and, on the other hand, to adjust the separation of the wire end ferrules.

The Wire Terminal WT L5 B fully automated wire processing machine can process wire cross-sections ranging from 0.5–2.5 mm². This includes length-cutting, insulation-stripping, crimping and project-specific labelling of the wires. The finished wires are output in chain bundles on an order-specific basis. Alternatively, the wire output is also available as an ejection system.
