This section sets out mandatory requirements for compliance with EU sanctions and export restrictions, including limitations on exports to Russia under applicable regulations.
The Customer shall ensure that products falling under Article 12g of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 are not exported, re-exported, or otherwise transferred to Russia, either directly or indirectly.
In the event of a suspected violation, the Customer must promptly inform RITTAL and cooperate fully in resolving the matter.
Any breach of this obligation constitutes a material violation and entitles RITTAL to terminate the contract with immediate effect for cause.
The products may be subject to European Union sanctions against Russia.
For recipients outside the European Union: the Customer guarantees that it will not sell, ship, or transfer the products to Russia.
