The extensive perforation of the gland plate enables
air to be supplied to the components from below. The
base plate has an opening to the rear for cable entry
into the enclosure. The opening has a brush strip and
runs open to the outside. This means that the plate
can be taken out for more straightforward fitting
during installation work at any time, even for already
existing pre-installation.
