EPLAN are a world leading provider of software and services for the electrical engineering sector. Developing software solutions for machine, plant and control cabinet design, EPLAN offers customers the security of state-of-the-art solutions, alongside excellent customer service.
Working within the marketing team, the telemarketing executive will provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads and to increase the number of people at the top of the sales funnel in order to meet business plans, and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, email and social media.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead generation via telephone, email, social media etc
- Develop strategies to nurture those leads and bring them into the sales funnel
- Follow up and qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns
- Making outbound calls on various marketing campaigns and events
- Making outbound calls to speak with existing customers as part of customer onboarding process
- Gain valuable insights into customer behaviour, preferences and needs and share with the business
- Maintaining the leads database and transfer of data into a SAP CRM system
- Generate interest & leads from Universities & Colleges where we can provide FOC software to supplement curriculum.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Good understanding of Microsoft packages
- Attention to detail is key
- Ability to work to and meet deadlines
- Excellent level of both verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage own workload and time management
- Excellent attitude to work (skills can be trained)
- Friendly and approachable
- Excellent phone manner
