- In conjunction with a corresponding sheet steel base/plinth, 100 mm high, the Rittal TS 8 enclosure 8806.500 meets the requirements for earthquake zone 1, 2 and 3 to Telcordia GR-63-CORE already as standard. They should be seen as a comparative variable to the customer's own plant, since empty enclosures cannot be certified. To comply with earthquake zone 4, the TS 8 enclosure can be retrofitted with an earthquake kit together with a comfort handle and an earthquake base/plinth.
