*The warranty Registration must be submitted by the end user and cannot be submitted by the seller of the climate control unit. To qualify, the product must be purchased after January 1, 2023. The extended warranty is only valid for Rittal cooling units, chillers, heat exchangers and LCPs; all other products are excluded. The extended warranty is only valid for climate control units that are installed in the United States; units that are exported are excluded. Warranties must be submitted within 30-days of purchase to qualify. You will also receive product updates and important news from Rittal.

To be able to activate your bonus services, we first require some relevant information about your enclosure cooling units. You should here include not only your Rittal cooling units, but also any units from other manufacturers, as this will enable us to perform a full and holistic efficiency check:

To enable us to perform your personal efficiency check, the list should contain the following information:

  • Rittal cooling units: Serial and model numbers, as well the date of manufacture of the enclosure cooling units
  • Third-party products (not Rittal): Serial and model numbers, date of manufacture, operating voltage, cooling output and power consumption of the enclosure cooling units

To enable us to perform your personal efficiency analysis, we kindly ask you to provide information about your production facility and the operation of your equipment (hours of operation per day, days of operation per year, average energy price per kWh, kg CO2 per kWh). Any further information you are able to provide would also be welcome.

Data protection regulations require us to ask for your express permission before activating your bonus package. You remain fully entitled to withdraw your consent at any time.
