Air cooling

Operation:

  • Heat loss to be dissipated up to 2,900 W at ∆T = 10 K
  • The heat inside the enclosure is dissipated into the surroundings via a forced airflow (air exchange)
  • Air routing inside the enclosure may be at both the extracting and discharging end

Benefits:

  • Highly versatile as a result of different design variants – standard, EMC and EC technology
  • Tool-free work (installing on enclosure, making electrical connections, quickly replacing filter mats)
  • Lower energy costs for fan-and-filter units with efficient EC motors
  • Integrated interface for easy monitoring and control of fan speed/operation in the case of EC fans

Operation:

  • Heat loss to be dissipated up to 900 W at ∆T = 10 K
  • Unlike fans, the air/air heat exchanger consists of two closed circuits
  • Instead of external air flowing through the enclosure, external and internal air flow through the heat exchanger fins according to the cross-flow principle
  • The heat in the internal air is absorbed by the external air without any direct contact, which means a high protection category can be achieved, as the contaminated external air does not come into direct contact with the air inside the enclosure

Benefits:

  • Reduced maintenance thanks to separate control of internal and external fans
  • Easy cleaning thanks to a removable heat exchanger module
  • Longer maintenance intervals, which reduces servicing costs

Cooling units

Operation:

  • Heat loss to be dissipated up to 80 W at L35/L35
  • The Peltier cooling unit works according to the thermoelectric principle, based on which an electrical current flow generates a temperature difference between two metal conductors under specific conditions

Benefits:

  • Environmentally friendly, as no gases or coolants are required
  • Virtually maintenance-free operation
  • High-precision control
  • Can be installed in any position (except on the roof)

Operation:

  • Heat loss to be dissipated up to 5,800 W at L35/L35
  • Using a cooling medium (refrigerant R134a), the air in the enclosure is cooled in a separate internal and external circuit, and the heat is dissipated into the surroundings
  • Because external air does not enter the enclosure, a high protection category is achieved

Benefits:

  • Highly versatile as a result of different design variants – sheet steel (standard), stainless steel and outdoor
  • Innovative hybrid technology achieves average energy savings of 75%
  • Longer component service life thanks to needs-based cooling (PID control)
  • Touch display and intelligent interfaces for user-friendly operation
  • Uniform mounting cut-outs and mounting aids for simple assembly

Operation:

  • Heat loss to be dissipated up to 3,950 W at L35/L35
  • Using a cooling medium (refrigerant R134a), the air in the enclosure is cooled in a separate internal and external circuit, and the heat is dissipated into the surroundings
  • Because external air does not enter the enclosure, a high protection category is achieved

Benefits:

  • Highly versatile and can be used all over the world thanks to different design variants in sheet steel (standard), stainless steel, NEMA 4x and NEMA 3R/4
  • Minimal maintenance and integrated condensate evaporation
  • Longer service life for components in the enclosure and for cooling units thanks to the use of efficient components such as fans and compressors
  • Energy efficiency thanks to Eco-mode control – the evaporator fan is deactivated in line with requirements based on the internal enclosure temperature
