Based in Chicago, Senapati will spearhead the company’s strategic vision, focusing on accelerated growth — reinforcing Rittal’s position as a premier solution partner in Industrial Automation and IT infrastructure.
Senapati joins Rittal with over 30 years of global leadership experience spanning sales, product management, marketing, operations, and engineering. He has held senior executive roles at industry-leading organizations, including Danaher, Ametek, and Belden. Most recently, he served as Regional President of Industrial Automation at IMI, where he established a proven track record of driving sustainable growth and strengthening customer partnerships across the data center, automotive, food and beverage, healthcare, semiconductor, and factory automation sectors.
