Terms of participation

These conditions of participation govern the conditions for participation in the RiBert Rally and the transfer of rights to third parties.

The RiBert Rally is organised by Rittal GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as the "organiser").

All natural persons who are customers or potential customers of the organiser based in the Federal Republic of Germany, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation and who are resident in the Federal Republic of Germany are eligible to participate.

If participants have limited legal capacity, participation in the competition requires the consent of their legal representative.

Employees of the organiser and its affiliated companies, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation.

In addition, the organiser reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at any time and at its own discretion if there are justified reasons for doing so, for example (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct, or (d) in the event of false or incorrect information.(b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair practices, or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

Participation is only possible within the promotional period. The promotional period is specified on the RiBert Rally landing page.

Participation in the competition is voluntary and free of charge. The game is a simple game of skill in which the fastest time determined by the organiser counts. Each participant can play as often as they like, but only the best time will be counted.

The prizes to be won are listed on the RiBert Rally landing page.

Winners will be notified within a certain period of time after the end of the RiBert Rally.

If the winners do not respond within a predefined period of time after being notified of their win, the organiser reserves the right to select a replacement winner. In this case, the winner initially notified will forfeit their claim to the prize without further notification from the organiser.

Participation in the competition is free of charge. Therefore, the organiser is not liable for any technical problems that may arise during participation in the competition, nor for any damage resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize.

To ensure the orderly running of the competition, the organiser reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time or to terminate the competition prematurely.

Legal recourse is excluded.
