TS IT network server enclosure
for protected siting of components - protection
category (IP 55)
IT rack with increased protection category, glazed
door at the front, one-part solid sheet steel door at
the rear. Empty enclosure without interior
installation.
Pre-configured IT rack consisting of torsionally
stiff, welded symmetrical frame of rolled 16-fold
vertical sections connected with two horizontal frames
of rolled 9-fold sections with integral channel for
accommodating the side panel seal and protecting it
against possible effect of aggressive media.
All frame sections, with integral system punchings on
a 25 mm DIN pitch pattern, allow convenient interior
installation by simple fitting and securing of
equipment. All sections have chamfered edges. The
vertical frame sections have two depth/width -
recessed mounting levels each, which can individually
be used for flexible attachment of the installation
components.
Enclosures are bayable on all sides: on the left,
right, front and rear, at the top or round corners.
Glazed front door with viewing panel made from 3 mm
single-pane safety glass (ESG), framed in a frame of
aluminium sections, with foamed-in seal,
Sheet steel door, one-part, solid (IP 55) for
protected siting of components against any poor
ambient conditions.
Doors with foamed-in seal, two-point locking rod,
comfort handle for semi-cylinder (30/10) mm, with
security lock 3524 E. Hinges with captive hinge pins,
hinge opening angle with stand-alone siting on both
sides 180°. Door hinging may be swapped from right to
left without dismantling locking rods.
One-part solid screw-fastened roof plate with
all-round foamed-in seal. For supporting the passive
ventilation it is possible to raise the roof plate
optionally by means of spacers.
Base frame with base tray and multi-piece solid gland
plate. Sealing kit for gland plates and baying seal
(IP 55) supplied loose.
Pre-configured with two punched sections without
mounting flange on the inner mounting level, in the
enclosure depth, as shipping brace or as a basis for
further population.
All panels have automatic potential equalisation and
are prepared for attachment of earthing straps.
482.6 mm (19") assembly parts and complete earthing
kit supplied loose.
Supply includes earthing kit and central earth
connection.
Side panels are not included with the supply.
One-part screw-fastened variant (IP 55), available
from the accessories range or as complete delivery
(enclosure incl. screw-fastened side panels).
