Filter technology
-
Filter mat for Blue e+ chillers (inverter housings)
In dusty environments, we recommend the use of filter mats. This makes the units easier to clean. The filter will need to be replaced at regular intervals, depending on the level of contamination.
-
Pleated filter for Blue e+ roof-mounted cooling unit and VX25 Blue e+ integration solution
The pleated filter is used to achieve protection category IP 54 with the roof-mounted cooling unit Blue e+ and the VX25 Blue e+ integration solution
-
Filter mat for tangential fans
In dusty environments, we recommend the use of filter mats. This makes the units easier to clean. The filter will need to be replaced at regular intervals, depending on the level of contamination.
-
Filter mat for cooling units, air/air heat exchangers and chillers
In dusty environments, we recommend the use of filter mats. This makes the units easier to clean. The filter will need to be replaced at regular intervals, depending on the level of contamination.
-
Metal filter
We recommend the use of washable metal filters, particularly in environments with dusty or oily ambient air. If air or steam condenses on the metal surfaces, any particles that may be present will adhere to the metal and are easily washed out with water or grease-dissolving detergents.
-
Spare filter mat
For the stocking of filter mats for roof-mounted fans, fan-and-filter units and thermoelectric coolers in larger packet sizes.
-
Fine filter mat for fan-and-filter units
Combined with the standard filter and the additional fine filter mat, this achieves a higher protection category.
-
Outlet filter Standard
For ventilation by convection, an outlet filter can be fitted in both the upper and lower sections of the enclosure.
-
Outlet filter EMC
For ventilation by convection, an outlet filter can be fitted in both the upper and lower sections of the enclosure.
-
Hose-proof hood to increase the protection category
Particularly for applications in the food industry, the hose-proof hood prevents the ingress of damp. The protection category IP 56 is achieved in conjunction with a standard filter.
-
Blanking cover for fan-and-filter units / outlet filters
If you need to close existing mounting cut-outs for fan-and-filter units/outlet filters in order to achieve a higher protection category, a blanking cover may be used in the fan-and-filter unit / outlet filter instead of the filter mat, without the need for welding or other metal machining.
-
Front outlet grille 2 U for tangential fans
Front outlet grille 2 U for tangential fans to expel the hot air to the outside from the upper section of the enclosure. Two grilles may be used for natural convection.
-
Filter holder for roof ventilation
A filter mat must be used to increase the protection category of the roof ventilation SK 3148.007.
-
Enclosure internal fan
To prevent hot-spots inside the enclosure and support the air routing of active enclosure climate control components.
