New version now available!

Simple assembly

Thanks to the mounting aid included with the supply, the new TS isolator door cover is easily assembled by one person.

Simply locate into position, screw-fasten, and voilà!

The side opening in the cover makes assembly of the isolator door and the latch mechanism much easier.

All standard isolator doors may be integrated into the latching mechanism in next to no time, based on the same principle. This saves time and money.

Precise adjustment of the mechanism

No more fiddly adjustment and protracted trial-and-error processes. Just play it safe.

In just a few turns of the screw, correct functioning of your isolator door system is guaranteed.

Readjustments as a result of altered siting conditions or heavy installed equipment in the door are also no problem, and there is no machining required.

Flexible positioning of the mounting plate

The mounting plate infill, available as a separate accessory, is easily adjustable in the depth and can be adapted to the adjacent mounting plate or even bayed directly without a gap in between.

Precise dimensions can be taken from the detailed drawing
Can a two-door enclosure be used as the main switch cabinet?
  • No, the isolator door cover can only be fitted on single-door enclosures.
Can the cover be fitted on the left and right of the enclosure?
  • Yes, the isolator door cover may be fitted on either the left or right. It is important to ensure that the isolator door cover is always located on the lock side of the enclosure.
Can two-door enclosures also be used adjacent enclosures?
  • Yes.
Which interconnecting rods should be used in a 1000 mm wide adjacent enclosure?
  • You will need to shorten the interconnecting rods for a 1200 mm wide enclosure and use them.
Is a tubular door frame required in order to use the isolator door technology?
  • Yes, because the hook for latching the door and the adjacent door latch must be mounted on this tubular door frame.
