The QR code on all machinable enclosure panels allows for fully automated integration into the production workflow, for seamless digital monitoring from incoming goods right through to the finished product.

Installation of the gland plate includes automatic potential equalisation. Contact is made by two self-tapping screws guided through special holes.

The deliberately slimline enclosure edge fold provides broad, secure contact with the seamless PU foam seal and helps preserve the protection classification of IP 66.

The seamless PU foam gasket makes it possible to maintain the protection classifcation within a temperature range of -20 °C to +80 °C and can be overpainted if necessary.

The cam lock with double-bit insert can be installed without using tools, locks the E-Box securely and can be incorporated into custom locking systems.

The PE conductor connection enables super-fast, easy earthing, even at a later date. Simply fix the earthing cable into the channel with the nuts, tighten, and it's done!

When using Rittal accessories and components in existing or new enclosures, standard UL approvals remain fully intact.

The mini cam lock works almost instantaneously. A quarter of a turn is enough to correctly centre the cover while locking; this ensures all-round air-tight positioning.

With the E-Box, the mounting plate is simply attached from the front and secured directly in front of the rear panel in a space-saving solution.

To streamline the manufacturing process, Rittal's packaging system means parts can go straight into production because all panels and cam locks are supplied unfitted, so nor further assembly or dismantling is required prior to machining.

The standard eyelet in the rear panel allows the wall mounting bracket to be quickly screw-fastened from the outside with a self-tapping screw – no need for a lock nut on the inside. The high protection classification is retained in full.

The support rails can optionally be fitted on the front of the integrated perforated mounting strip or, to maximise the enclosure depth, directly onto the rear wall of the rack.

Eliminating the fastening brackets for the cover creates a large clearance, for flexible component mounting.

Terminal boxes and bus enclosures can be fitted with support rails or mounting plates as required.
