  • The Loh Academy

    As a Top Employer, the Friedhelm Loh Group has its own dedicated further training institute. The Loh Academy has been the central in-house provider of personal and skills development programmes in the Friedhelm Loh Group since 2002. Each year, around 4,000 employees take advantage of the customised training opportunities and expert forums that the Academy offers. Based on the motto “Knowledge – Ability – Action”, our broad-based portfolio of seminars offers our employees opportunities to further their qualifications and thus open up career opportunities.

    We believe it is important to identify talented employees early on, nurture their development and boost their loyalty to the company. From classic seminars and development programmes through to e-learning, the overall portfolio is made up of modular components that can be combined to deliver a customised development solution for each employee. Besides occupational health and safety and occupational integration management, our health management system also incorporates a whole range of measures designed to promote healthy working practices. This means we can help our staff make a great start back at work after an illness and even help them improve their health through targeted preventive measures.
